grounding yourself

I was asked recently the best way to stay grounded.  For me it is in practicing being in the now.  Pay attention my senses – what I can see, feel, hear, smell and touch and how I feel inside.
You have to laugh – I’ve gotta go before little  Amelia successfully becomes Motzart on my bedspread with coloured pens.
