Love, affection and the best is yet to come…

August 5th, 2012

Today feels like a good day to focus on love, affection and acceptance for each other. I have learnt in my little life experience that it is better not to judge or criticise others and to understand that everyone is different and we are supposed to be different. If you are reading this then I want you to know that you are loved and accepted no matter what and that you have the power in your life to make the best decisions that you can at the time for you.

You are loved and supported by spirit and there are people in your life who will genuinely love and support you – seek those genuine people out who care for you at a deeper level and who care for your well-being (rather than those who may like you for your power, fame, wealth or anything false).

Allow yourself to flourish and feel loved and know that plenty of wonderful life experiences are ahead of you. My personal belief is the best is yet to come.

Many blessings and much love,

Here is the link to Compassion by the Dalai lama and few favourite quotes…

Compassion and the Individual | The Office of His Holiness The Dalai Lama

  • I try to treat whoever I meet as an old friend. This gives me a genuine feeling of happiness.  It is the practice of compassion.

  • Reason and patience. These are the most powerful antidotes to anger. Unfortunately, many people misjudge these qualities as signs of weakness. I believe the opposite to be true: that they are the true signs of inner strength

  • Compassion is by nature gentle, peaceful and soft, but it is very powerful.
