Childhood
I was raised on an isolated sheep and cattle station in Western New South Wales; a far cry from the perceived glamour and bright lights of the entertainment industry. As the youngest of five daughters we were left with no choice but to take on the traditionally male roles
I
on the station. This meant cleaning stock troughs, mustering sheep and cattle, digging trenches, riding motor-bikes and being educated via, “School of the Air”

My childhood and upbringing gave me a strong grounding and fierce determination and my passion for reading and the isolation of the outback enabled my imagination to develop. I have a love of being outdoors, physical activity and most importantly believe that while life is about loving and learning to let go, when you really want something, “never, ever give up.” For me, it is certainly true that,
“You might take the girl out of the country, but you will never take the country out of the girl”
I was introduced to modelling when an international model agent scouted
me at the age of sixteen. I modelled full time while I was a single mother then went on to a successful television presenting career. I co-hosted with Glen Ridge on the Boat Show, co-hosted with Bill Woods on Ten’s RPM Motorsport, presented on kid’s show Totally Footy, as well as Inside Sport TV and making various other television guest appearances. I then chose to move towards studying health and mind/body medicine. I am a fully qualified personal trainer and balance this with a working in the media as presenter. A central focus is how to help people create and enjoy their own healthy lifestyle.
The biggest personal challenge I have had to overcome in life is to embrace my recovery from an eating disorder. I am passionate about inspiring people in the throes of mental illness to help them realise that recovery from life crisis is possible. I mentor those on their journeys of recovery and toward success for their lives.
Many dreams have become a reality and I am determined to use my profile in the employment that I do to help others. I am thankful and proud of my achievements so far, and am absolutely certain that the best is yet to come.
