Sessions
Length
Main Sessions are one hour and include a warm up, main session and stretching/warm down period to prevent injury.
45 minute sessions are also avaiable.
What's in a session?
There is nothing to be intimidated about, everyone starts somewhere and each session will be different. Sessions vary and are interesting and challenging and focus on what you want to achieve.
Depending on your base level of fitness, expect things like walking, jogging, boxing and pads, skipping, cycling, strength work and stretching at a comfortable level which will still push you to achieve your goals.
